Welcome Reception
March 27th » 20:00 to 22:00

Taking place at the convention center, the welcome reception will be placed under a Mexican theme. The reception will allow participants to be greeted by the BioVision staff and enjoy the stand-up buffet.

Networking Night
March 28th » 20:00 to Midnight

During the networking night, the participants will be able to meet each other around a buffet and it will give them the opportunity to discuss and debate on the past or future sessions. The speakers, panelists, moderators and all BioVision attendees are invited to take part in this event that should gather over 600 people. The participants will discover the french cuisine in one of the XVIIth century lounges of Lyon city hall. Artisitic animations and some surprises are planned during the event.
